Vox Royalty Corp. (VOXR) (VOXR) completed a public offering of 17,094,750 common shares at $3.70 per share, raising approximately $63.25 million in gross proceeds. The offering was led by BMO Capital Markets, Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation and National Bank Financial Inc.

The mining royalty company stated that all conditions for its previously announced acquisition of a global gold portfolio have been satisfied. The portfolio consists of ten gold offtake and royalty assets covering twelve mines and projects across eight jurisdictions, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Mexico, South Africa and the United States.

Vox plans to use the net proceeds from the share offering to fund the purchase price for the portfolio acquisition from certain subsidiaries of Deterra Royalties Limited. The company expects to complete the portfolio purchase later today.

The offering included the full exercise of a 15% over-allotment option by the underwriters. The shares are listed on Nasdaq under the symbol "VOXR" and are conditionally approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the same symbol, subject to customary listing conditions.

Based in Denver, Vox Royalty operates a portfolio of over 60 royalties spanning six jurisdictions. The company was established in 2014 and has announced over 30 separate transactions to acquire more than 60 royalties since the beginning of 2020.
